Despite Malacañang’s declaration of a state of emergency and the announcement of the cancellation of all EDSA-related activities, as well as the police’s warning that they will arrest anyone who stages a rally without permit, former President Corazon Aquino said she will push through with a scheduled march to his husband’s monument in Ayala Avenue, Makati.
